I've been a Star Wars fan for as long as I can remember. The original trilogy came out when I was around three, but I started watching them around probably the age of five. Boba Fett was my favorite character, as well as stormtroopers. I got a thing for helmets. So when The Mandalorian TV show came out, I was in heaven. It is so nice to see the backstory of the Mandalorians. I also thoroughly enjoyed The Book of Boba Fett, because then we got to see how he survived the Sarlacc Pit and got to see his progression. I am a Mandalorian. This is the Way!

☪︎ Witchcraft & Queerness ⚢

I've been a Christian for most of my life, but during my process as coming out as queer I had to go through a deconstruction.  After years of research and prayer, I've come to the conclusion that christianity is no longer for me. I can no longer be a part of a group that actively seeks to hurt queer people. After my deconstruction I have come to the conclusion that I do believe in God. Several, in fact. I am now a pagan, an animist, and a witch. For decades I have felt different, and now I know why. This blog will show poetry and music from when I was a christian. I am not ashamed of that. But it'll also show my progression to a more spiritual belief instead of a religious belief.

Music is a key part of my life, and always has been.  I believe that Life is a Soundtrack... and each moment there is a song that fits into place for it.  My soundtrack is filled with a lot of great artists like Jars of Clay, Mumford & Sons, Jack Johnson, New Kids on the Block, Jimmy Buffett, and an exorbitant amount of 80's & 90's Pop, Rock, & New Wave artists like Duran Duran, The Cure, Dead or Alive, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Guns N Roses, Poison, Madonna, Tom Petty, Toto, Kenny Loggins, Aerosmith, Mr. Mister, John Parr, Michael Jackson, Rick Astley, A Flock of Seagulls, Men at Work, a-Ha, Huey Lewis & the News, Prince, Soft Cell, Rush, Robert Palmer, Tears for Fears, and the list goes on and on and on.

I've been into photography my whole life. But it wasn't until 2005 that I got serious about it. In 2007 I started going to school for Graphic Design.

I have always enjoyed writing. I started correcting my family's spelling when I was five. I started writing in a journal as a teenager. As the technology progressed, that became online blogs like LiveJournal, MySpace, and Facebook. I have also been writing poetry for decades. It wasn't until around 2010 that I started writing songs after taking a course for GarageBand in college. I was addicted. I then got an ukulele and started recording that as well. But I just love the writing aspect of it. The lyrics can be so deep and meaningful.
